HCM Design Studio
HCM Design Studio mainly used for page personalization. Using the Transaction Design Studio, you create rules to configure transactions and pages. You can change how sections and fields are displayed, based on the user's role and the employee's business unit or legal employer.
Worked Example:
Business Requirement: Make any field like (Date Of Birth) mandatory based on Legal Entity or Business Unit.
Using HCM Design Studio we will create a new rule
Step 1: Create a New Sandbox
Step 2 : Navigate My Client groups >> Quick Actions >> HCM Design Studio
click on Action dropdown >> Hire an Employee
Click Add button
Step 3 : Enter all the Mandatory Details as below
No changes
in Show or Hide Regions/Page Attributes
Go to
Available Attributes - select personal
Details
Click on Submit and Done
