You cannot delete application users

Below is the common error message when we tried to purge an employee from HRMS 

Error Message: APP-PAY-06274 You cannot delete application users

Solution:

Step 1: Navigate to system Administrator Responsibility >> Security >> User

Step 2: Search with the username which we are trying to purge

Step 3: Remove the name on right side field

Step 4: Save the changes and recheck the issue.
