Hire Date Correction for HCM Global Transfer

If we are trying to change the Hire Date for a person who got global transferred, System will display an error

In the above image person hire date is 11-Nov-2017 and we are trying to modify the hire date to 13-Nov-2020 but system will not allow.

Oracle treating this as future enhancement and below is the work around provided by oracle.
