HCM Employee Creation

We can create employee/Worker using below navigation. Before creating employee in any company we need to define Legal Entity, Organization, Department, Location.


1. Login(Human Resource Specialist Role) to Fusion HCM with the URL provided by oracle. 

2. Navigate to My  Client Group >> New Person >> Hire an Employee



3. In first tab - Identification we need to provide all mandatory fields.



3. In Second tab - Personal information like Address, Work or Personal Email Address





4. In Third tab - Employment Information like Department, Designation, Manager Details etc



5. If we are using Payroll module in HCM then we can provide salary and compensation information in fourth tab or else ignore 



6. Review the details and click on submit.

7. Based on the approval mechanism workflow will be triggered to Line Manager or HR.
